I think we all know by now that with life comes all. the. feels.
You can’t get away from them. And you shouldn’t necessarily want to, lest you become a robot (*cough* my husband *cough*).
But by using these essential oil blends for anxiety, stress, and other feelings, you can support yourself through tough moments and help to get to a healthy emotional state.
While I am not a therapist or a psychologist, I do know that many of the emotions we feel have root issues/experiences that essential oils are not going to solve (obvs). However, these can be a massive support in the moment when you feel the emotions trying to bury you!
Essential oils help with basically every emotion under the sun. Here are a few diffuser blends for when you are feeling less than great. Keep this list on hand for you to reference when you need a moment to breathe.
Essential Oil Blends For Anxiety, Stress, And Other Feels
A n x i o u s:
4 drops Frankincense, 3 drops Bergamot, 3 drops Lavender
Relax, breathe, and put your mind at ease. Frankincense is often used for meditative purposes.
S t r e s s e d:
4 drops Lavender, 3 drops Stress Away, 3 drops Lime
The Lavender and the Stress Away will work to soothe and calm your mind, bringing you to a relaxed state. The lime working to give you hints of hope and joy.
W o r r i e d:
3 drops Patchouli, 3 drops Bergamot, 3 drops Valor
This blend will help to keep you grounded, to remind you that this moment, this situation is going to take you down, but that things will be alright.
A n g r y:
4 drops Purification, 2 drops Lemon, 2 drops Orange
Before you do that thing you think you are going to do because you are mad (at yourself, at someone, at the world), do yourself a favor and diffuse this blend for a few minutes and think through everything with a clear head 😉

4 drops Peppermint, 3 drops Orange, 2 drops Juniper
Let this blend wake you up, whether it’s early morning or you need to get through the mid-afternoon slump.
S a d:
4 drops Joy, 3 drops Lavender, 3 drops Grapefruit
Let lavender comfort you and the joy and grapefruit energize and excite you!
Hold On To That Feeling (or don’t)
Well, hold onto your ability to feel at least. It keeps you human. There is nothing wrong with feeling what you’re feeling.
But it also helps to be proactive in managing and improving your emotions, whether that means seeking additional insight or help into the depths, or by diffusing some helpful essential oils to reclaim these moments and this day.
